          Mack's Last Journey

The Texas flag flies proudly, high over Mack's Potpourri Palace. Somewhere on the palace grounds there is something for you, on this family oriented site; applets, 106 links to great sites of all kinds, pet pages, music, art, love stories, poetry, links to friends, a true angel story, women's pages, and much more. There is a Table of Contents on the bottom of the page.

          Mack and His Family

          Mack

My name is Mack and my wife and I live in Dallas, Texas with a German Shepherd and a Parti-Poodle. I am 80 years young and we have been married for 59 years. We have three children living in Dallas and feel fortunate that we can see them frequently.

I grew up in Oklahoma, served in Naval Intelligence during WWII, and spent 2 years in the Pacific Theatre. After graduation from college, business and law, I spent my working career primarily in finance. We have lived in cities all over the United States, plus two years in Mexico City. We are well traveled. (smile)

I keep busy in retirement with music, reading, bridge, working out at a local fitness center, and playing on the computer.. We feel young, think young, and our friends say that we act young. (grin)

Our philosophy of life, in our twilight years, is to smell the roses, be born at dawn each day, die with the setting sun, and make the most of each day in between.

Please Meet my family and pets below.

The objective for this homepage is to provide a site with a myriad of choices, pages about friends, graphics of beauty, music for easy listening, poetry that will warm the heart, art for the discriminating eye, sunsets, oceans, mountains, flowers, and perhaps comets streaking across the sky. As time goes by, you will see such things appear on these pages. Who knows what the future holds, surely not me.

Thank you for visiting. Do sign the Guestbook and come back and see the additions as they are completed. If you have any suggestions or comments please E-Mail me.
